To use Listly, you must:

• •Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• •Sign in using Discord OAuth authentication
• •Provide accurate and truthful information
• •Maintain the security of your account credentials
• •Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

All users must comply with our marketplace rules:

• •Only list digital goods and services that comply with our allowed categories
• •Provide accurate descriptions, pricing, and proof of ownership
• •Do not list prohibited items including physical goods, financial data, malware, or NSFW content
• •Use original images and content - no stolen or copyrighted materials
• •Honor all sales and deliver products/services as described

Full marketplace rules are available at /rules. Violations may result in listing removal, warnings, or account suspension.

Listly may charge fees for certain services including marketplace transactions if funds ever reach Listly's holdings in an autobuy scenario and premium features. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction. By proceeding with a transaction, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Ensure all transaction details are correct before sending payments.

You agree not to:

• •Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities
• •Attempt to scam, phish, or steal from other users
• •Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff
• •Manipulate reviews, ratings, or marketplace rankings
• •Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions or bans
• •Use automated tools to scrape, spam, or disrupt the Platform
• •Violate any applicable laws or regulations

You retain ownership of the content you create and post on Listly. However, by posting content, you grant Listly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform for operational purposes.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you post, and that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Listly staff reserve the right to review, moderate, approve, deny, or remove any listings, content, or accounts at our sole discretion. We may take action against violations including:

• •Issuing warnings
• •Removing listings or content
• •Suspending or banning accounts (temporary or permanent)
• •Reporting illegal activity to law enforcement

All moderation actions are logged. Serious violations may result in immediate permanent suspension without warning.

If disputes arise between users, we encourage resolution through direct communication. If unsuccessful, either party may open a dispute ticket through our Discord server. Our staff will review evidence including chat transcripts, transaction records, and submitted proof to make a fair determination.

Staff decisions on disputes are final. Repeated frivolous disputes may result in account restrictions.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. LISTLY DOES NOT GUARANTEE:

• •Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• •The accuracy, quality, or legality of listings or user content
• •That users will honor their commitments or follow through on transactions
• •Recovery of funds in case of user misconduct or technical failures

LISTLY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSSES RESULTING FROM: user error, cryptocurrency price fluctuations, blockchain network issues, disputes between users, or third-party service failures. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LISTLY'S LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAID TO LISTLY IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Listly, its staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any laws or third-party rights, or your content and listings.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Listly may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reasons.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions regarding liability, disclaimers, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced through the Platform or Discord. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
